Belief In the Holy Books in Islam: In Islam, it is one of the six articles of faith to believe in all the books revealed by God, including those given to previous prophets. إِلَّا ٱلۡحَقَّۚ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ وَكَلِمَتُهُۥٓ أَلۡقَىٰهَآ إِلَىٰ مَرۡيَمَ وَرُوحٞ مِّنۡهُۖ فَـَٔامِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦۖ وَلَا تَقُولُواْ ثَلَٰثَةٌۚ ٱنتَهُواْ خَيۡرٗا لَّكُمۡۚ إِنَّمَا ٱللَّهُ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞۖ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥٓ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُۥ وَلَدٞۘ
In simple terms the Quran is the words of Allah, and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the explanation of the Quran, and perfect example of how to apply them practically on a day-to-day basis into our lives.
Quran is the word of Allah.
